Can not add product to basket

For some reason I can not add product to basket it goes straight to Basket is empty, I am using google Chrome, however when I use internet explorer it works and when I use chrome on tablet it works. I don't have the knowledge to understand why, and I hope that this is not something that happens for people that wish to buy from my store.

I think I have now solved the problem, which I believe may have been linked to cookies or saved data on my browser. I deleted all my history and cookies and what not and now its working fine.
