Pleasy fill in all required fields when sending an order

I just got Quick.Cart up and running. Other than having to pre-size images (it won't accept full size images, I have to shrink them down to 1" or so thumbnails), it looks like a slick little product. What I'm running into is when I try to submit an order, I fill out all the fields on the Order - Delivery address page (including the courier) and click Send. I then get "Pleasy fill in all required fields"

What am I missing?

Could have something to do with the known telephone number bug ?
