Drop-down menu

I can not view header 2 drop down menus. I have the "display expanded menu" checked yes. I have also tried to install the plugin but I can see it is already in the code as suggested. I am using the theme "responsive 6.2". Has anyone had this problem or can point me in the direction I should be looking to find the error?

I forgot to mention that drop down menus work on all the other templates I have tried except for the "responsive" template I am using.
