Add some Remarks

During order, with sending the order the customer should enter also a remark.
And this should be processed to email, and (if possible) to the customers order in order mainenance.
It's that the shop owner can see how or where the customer find the shop.
Who can extend the script for me?
(The fields/label in Order form already made)
