Error in order basket

Hi all,
I have an error in order basket when pressing 'next' or 'update' button showing url below:
http://localhost/?p=ordersBasket&sOption=save
it won't go to the next page or update page.
Any one know how to fix this ?

Like I see, it is on your own pc you try to install. maybe some functions not work on your pc, try to use web hotel it work, the Quick shop work very good and it don’t have any problem ;-)
