I see that QCMS 1.1 has been announce. Is it too late for requests? :-)

How about some things that are in QCart:

1. Selection of template in Configuration.
2. Upload of Logo in Configuration.
3. A Boxes feature.

And how about a seperate upload for a Print Logo, this would be a good thing to have for QCart too.

Thanks again for your great work.

yes, I would see some more too too:

1. possibility to upload images globally
2. insert images (e.g. these uploaded globally) into any place within textarea
3. more various templates of displaying subpages and photos

But the most missing thing for me is 2.

:)

oh, and I've got some more :) (not so urgent)

4. possibility of rotation banners when added more than one
5. adding more than one and rotating polls too (and archive for each as well)

:)

Hi

Maybe submenu levels option should be added in admin panel ?

And we miss a more efficient page editor (under IE and Firefox) !

Thanks for your work.

Hi Savan

I think some of what you ask is a bit much and may spoil the simplicity of QCMS. Your request 2 can be easy to achieve with FCKeditor. Take a look at: http://opensolution.org/Quick.Cms/docs/?id=tips&DokuWiki=6fdd69894392bd87550b4812c736841c

I like the idea of your submenu levels in Admin panel Bob30. Your other request is also met by FCKeditor mod - it works great for me.

unfortunatelly I meet some problems with FCKe working with IE 7. I had to use TinyMCE, but I cannot upload images easly using "browse". There is no such button. It is especially for my customers, bcos I can handle it the way it is. And how about thumbs? Does FCK or Tiny create them?

Hi Ruddub
Image management does'nt work with FCKeditor in IE7, and not very friendly in FF2 ...
TinyMCE is very great but maybe too heavy for QuickCMS ...
Do you know OpenWysiwyg ? A very light integratable editor ... (http://www.openwebware.com/products/openwysiwyg/)
