Back / Next Buttons in Products list

Does anyone have any idea if there is a way to make 'back / next ' type nav controls in addition to the normal 'pages' nav for when there is more than one page of products in 'product list' ?

Does anyone know how to make a "previous / next" link in addition to the page numbers?
