Russian Language

HI!

I have added 2 languages to site: Latvian, Russian.
In Latvian all is ok, but in russian language some words isnt correct

I have tried to add setlocale('LC_ALL', 'ru_RU') ; in lang_ru.php file and in general.php it dosnt work.

In DB file all words is correct.

Have any idea?

anry777 - edit libraries/Trash.php and find changeCharset() ...

change to
