COULD SOME PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW TO CORRECT THIS (nEW INSTALL, Read 'readme file and have set file premissions correclty I think?):

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/pete0040/public_html/shopper/core/products-admin.php on line 1

basically says upload "admin/products.php" in bimary mode
