Double check that ALL the installation instructions have been followed.

I have, i have checked it 3 times (at least).
But i really cant find an error, i downloaded the latest version of both the cart and the template plugin.

Hmm, do you have any idea in what file i possibly would have done the error?

When you hover the mouse over the link to templates in the admin navigation menu, what do you see in the browser's status bar as being the destination of the link?

I have installed Plugin Manager 2.0 . After that (activated templateEdit ) i try again to push [templates] ..
I have read" Fatal error: Cannot redeclare listtemplatesentry() (previously declared in k:\home\old\www\plugins\templateEdit\templateEdit.php:20) in k:\home\old\www\plugins\templateEdit\templateEdit.php on line 20"
--
I open this file and found in line 20:
function listTemplatesEntry($aList, $tplFile, $image=false){
--
Still waiting your comment.

OK, Andr2005ru if i were you, i would really try it on a Linux/Unix based os.

I ran QuickCart on my local Microsoft IIS webserver and i never got it to work all the way. There were a couple of errors all the time.

I suppose that its mainly written to run from linux/unix (even if .php exists for iis/apache for windows)

Andr2005ru >>
You need to remove the lines in plugins/plugins.php and plugins/actions_admin.php that relate to templateEdit, because once Plugin Manager is installed it loads the templateEdit for you.
