Admin Panel Obstruction?

In the admin panel, when I click on productis, the table of products dis-aligns itself to the right side. What file would I edit to fix this error?

A bit more info? Like, which QC version are you using? What browser(s) are affected (or not)? Same in all browsers?
Have you made any changes to template files or the css file(s)?
