Our tools are available for many years. In this time a lot of users asked about different problems concerning our tools.
Sometimes it was bug, sometimes users did something wrong. We guess that You would like to know how our support works.
You can use our support in different ways:
Before you ask on discussion board or email, please try to find solution in documentation.
If you use freeware version of our tools, please fill free to ask and wait for answer here. We will try to answer your questions at least once a day (working days).
Before you ask, please use first documentation, look for answer on discussion board and check Frequently Asked Questions list.
If you use paid version please search for answer on discussion boards (if it is general problem). If you will not find answer, then contact us using email. Please don't write on discussion boards about paid versions.
Sometimes we need more time to give answer, but If you will not recieve answer in 3 working days then please send your email again, or send it using another email address. Probably we didn't recieve your email.

We tried to describe in easy way: using our tools from admin panel, functions and methods written in PHP language, templates written in HTML, design in CSS, directories, database schema, tips and tricks with scripts modification.Before you ask on discussion board or email, please try to find solution in documentation.

This is repository of thousands of questions and answers. We do the best to help users with problems related to our scripts. We do our best to answer as soon as it is possible. We can promise you, that we will answer your question.
