Terms and Conditions

  1. Owner of this shop is OpenSolution, 43-440 Goleszów, Fabryczna 23/1 street.
  2. You can choose from order form if you prefer bank account payment or PayPal. After sending order:
    • if you have selected PayPal option, after payment it takes 1-2 days to get product during working days (payment is instant on our account) - invoice in EUR currency,
    • if you have selected bank transfer, after payment it takes 5-6 days to get product during working days (transfer sometimes go between banks few days) - invoice in PLN currency.
    • for companies from EU which don't have an active EU VAT number and private clients from EU the price is increased by 23% (VAT tax)
    • if you are not sure about order summary price contact with us to confirm it before you pay, in such case we will verify order data and send you payment details, it takes few hours during working days
  3. We will complete order in max 2 working days after a day when we receive money. We will send you email including:
    • ordered product translated to English language in ZIP archive,
    • license, covering our products,
    • invoice, electronic version to print.
  4. Products are covered by a licence according to their version:
    • buying possibility to remove link or skins package to freeware tool, whole product is covered by license »
    • buying paid product together with possibility to remove link or skins package or without it, whole product is covered by license »
