Sitemap is displaying the structure of sites and products in your service with links to them, so you can easily reach to every page and product. It helps also searchers' robots to index all pages and products from your service.
In administration (settings panel) you have to choose page, where sitemap will be display. You can switch on and switch off displaying products in site map (it is helpful when there is a lot of products in shop and displaying all products make site map unclear). « back

Site map to Google
The most popular searcher - Google, give you a tool which import list of pages and products from chosen service. Plugin generates required file XML, named "sitemap.xml".
To add your service to Google catalogue:
- log in in service: https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps
- add your service address, for example: http://www.your-site.com/
- add address of your service map, for example: http://www.your-site.com/sitemap.xml

Poll

With this plugin you can set pool at your site. You will be able to add question and answers for it. Users will be able to see the scores after they've sent the vote and you will see them in administration panel.
On the page, by default is displayed last added poll ( if it is inactive - there is no pool displayed), other pools are visible only through administration panel. It is possible to display chosen pool (not the last added as is by default), but you have to know PHP to do that. « back

Backup

Everyone knows that backup is very important. Sometimes servers are breakdown and you can lost your data. To prevent that you can make backup copy of your database. You will be able to create a backup files of "db/" directory and save it on your computer and in "files/backup/" directory on the server. If you want to retrieve the backup, you will need to select a particular archive.

Plugin gives possibility to import (products) and export (products and orders) data to calculation sheet like OpenOffice Calc etc. Exported data are saved to file with CSV extension.
Exported products data have fields: name, price, price discount 1, price discount 2, old price, position, status, weight, stock level, product's availability, keywords for searchbox, site title, meta description, meta keywords, short description, full description, pages connected with product, product ID.
Fields are separated by "$" character. Screenshots which You can see below showing in which way You can import data to OpenOffice Calc.
When You are importing data from CSV file to the shop the important is to not change columns order. Data like name should be in first column, price in second etc. Imported products will be compare with existing products in Your shop (by product ID). When You want to add new product You should just leave the ID field blank.
We've tested this plugin by importing 1000 products. Imported file shouldn't be bigger than 1 MB because on mosts servers there are size limits of uploaded files and allowing memory. If You have problems with importing too big file or server limits are too restricted You can divide Your CSV file to few smaller parts.

Using this addon you can manage items on your stock. You can set stock level or unlimited stock level for every product. When you don't fill stock field it means unlimited stock for this product. You can also set on setting page unlimited stock level for all products irrespective of stock level defined for particular products.
When product is sold out, there is diaplayed special message.

- reduce stock level of ordered products,
- display message "Product not available" when product is sold out,
- showing stock level together with product's data,
- send notification to admin when product stock level is below minimum value (set in configuration).
This plugin doesn't work together with "Product's attributes" plugin. When product has added attributes, stock level can't be set. « back

Discount voucher

This plugin make possible to create a pool of discount vouchers which can be used in different ways. For example customers can recieve them like a reward or customers can recieve them for register in system or in newsletter. You can also use them like a wholesale discount.
Vouchers have 3 important value which should be given:
- code: it is a true voucher (code) which customer write in right place in basket when he is making order. This value is required to identify the voucher. You shouldn't use a special characters because some of it can be wrong identified. You should use alphanumeric characters which can be separate by dash "-" or "_" sign,
- discount: percent value of discount for ordered products, - expire date: expire date of voucher tells for when discount is available. « back

Your customers will have a possibility to create an account in your shop (by clicking registration link or during ordering process). Thanks to this, they can log in and diplay history of their orders. You can also set special prices for some clients. Product has two extra fields - prices group and admin can assign client to particular price group. Client after log in, will see prices of group he belong to (you can set it in client editing page).
Users plugin should be used also when you want to require authorization for selected pages and only authorized users or groups of users can read them.
You can set or change authorization for pages in edition form of particular page, to do that change value of field "Page require authorization". Then You can relate this page with group of users or with single users.
