Additional features of Quick.Cart.Pro and Quick.Cart.Ext in v4.x - paid, extended editions

Sitemap is displaying the structure of sites and products in your service with links to them, so you can easily reach to every page and product. It helps also searchers' robots to index all pages and products from your service.

In administration (settings panel) you have to choose page, where sitemap will be display. You can switch on and switch off displaying products in site map (it is helpful when there is a lot of products in shop and displaying all products make site map unclear). « back

The most popular searcher - Google, give you a tool which import list of pages and products from chosen service. Plugin generates required file XML, named "sitemap.xml".

To add your service to Google catalogue:
- log in in service: https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps
- add your service address, for example: http://www.your-site.com/
- add address of your service map, for example: http://www.your-site.com/sitemap.xml

Map for Google will work properly only if your site will be already active on added address (e.g. http://www.your-site.com/) and if your server will have turn on mod_rewrite. « back

This plug-in is for people who care about high position of their site in search engine. Mechanism of friendly links will rise the efficiency of your service.

Friendly links changes address of pages for example: before instalation of plugin address looks like:
http://www.your-site.com/?about-us,1 - dynamic link

after instalation it will look like:
http://www.your-site.com/about-us,1.html - static link

It works only with turn on mod_rewrite option on your server. « back

This plugin gives you a possibility of displaying pages according to date added in page's form. You can also set amount of subpages displayed at one site. « back

This plugin gives you possibility of displaying photos and subpages as a gallery. It is especially useful when page or product has many photos.
To set this type of displaying subpages, choose this option from list placed next to field "subpages" at parent page.

You also should choose "top" or "bottom" option for every photo to display it as gallery.

Every page can have a RSS list of subpages. This option is useful especially together with news. Visitors of your service will be able to add it to their RSS channel.

To generate RSS with subpages for particular page, it should have marked option "RSS". « back

You will be able to add an advertisement banners in different sizes and formats. Banners are placed below the left column and above a page content. Accepted images formats: jpg, gif, png, swf. « back

Plugin gives you a possibility to add a windows with pieces of information. Information windows have name and content (HTML code accepted). Boxes are placed below left menu. « back

Visitors will be able to comment pages and products by filling fields: name and comment.
In administration you have possibility to disable/enable comments form for selected page or product's page. Administrator can delete comments or confirm it to be visible for customers. You will be able to manage the comments, view last added or view selected comments from list of pages or products. « back

With this plugin you can set pool at your site. You will be able to add question and answers for it. Users will be able to see the scores after they've sent the vote and you will see them in administration panel.
On the page, by default is displayed last added poll ( if it is inactive - there is no pool displayed), other pools are visible only through administration panel. It is possible to display chosen pool (not the last added as is by default), but you have to know PHP to do that. « back

Contact form gives visitors possibility to send email to address added in administration directly from page.
In administration (settings page) you have to add email address and set where contact form should be displayed. « back

Using newsletter form you are able to gather email addresses from visitors. You can use it for example for sending news information or your offer. You can manage this list through administration, and send emails by copy them to any e-mail/news client.
Newsletter can be switched off on settings page in administration. « back

Everyone knows that backup is very important. Sometimes servers are breakdown and you can lost your data. To prevent that you can make backup copy of your database. You will be able to create a backup files of "db/" directory and save it on your computer and in "files/backup/" directory on the server. If you want to retrieve the backup, you will need to select a particular archive.
We suggest to do a new backup, before you will extract files from the older backup. « back

While ordering, your client will be able to fill additional field - VAT Registration Number and check a box 'I want to receive an invoice'. You will know if you should send invoice or just receipt. « back

Plugin gives you possibility to connect one product with others (for example: from the same category, the same product line, accessories). It can be used in many ways, it depends on your idea only. « back

Plugin displays list of most often ordered products. Page which should displays list of bestsellers should be chosen on setting page in administration. « back

This plugin gives your clients possibility to look through the list of last added products sorted by product's id. On setting page in administration you have to set which page should display list of new products. « back

Plugin give You a possibility to comment orders. This comments will be visible only in the admin area. This very usefull field will help You to manage orders. « back

This plugin will give you a possibility to add the old price of the product, which will be visible next to the current price - promotional price. « back

Sometime there is a need to mark out recommended products. In this way shop owners can make customers know that product is worthy of attention. Administrator mark option "Recommended" in editing product. In this way customers will be seen a special icon near the recommended product name with a note that product is recommended. « back

This plugin inform client every time when status of his order changed (you cna swich on/off this option in administration on setting page). Mail with the information will be send only when the status of order was changed in order details. Changes in orders list won't be send to clients. « back

Quite often clients would like to ask you about specific product. With this plugin it will be very easy, because on every product's page is added link, which leads to special contact form of this product. « back

Cross-selling is a plugin which gives possibility to display five most often bought products at the bottom of currently viewed product's site. On setting page in administration, you can swich off this plugin. « back

Froogle, Google's shopping search engine, applies the power of Google's search technology to one very specific task: locating sellers that offer the item you want to find and pointing you directly to the place where you can buy it. « back

Features:
- possibility to add payment gateway to selected payment method,
- possibility to display different messages for every payment method,
- possibility to redirect client to site of payment gateway after finished order.

There is also a possibility to add some information displayed after sending order by client. You can set different messages for every payment.

On order's detail page, you can see name of payment (if client choose it) and there is also a possibility to check a box when payment is cash. « back

This plugin gives possibility to specify product's features. They will be displayed under product's description in clear table. « back

With statistics admin can look through:

• how many times particular page was displayed in selected range of time,
• how many times particular product was displayed in selected range of time,
• most popular expressions searched in selected range of time,

• clients who placed most of all orders in selected range of time and in orders' status.

Plugin enable you to define the courier prices depending on the weight of the parcel. You should write the weight of every product and in the courier form add prices for different weights range. Plugin gives you a possibility to make the shipping expenses free if the customer's order amount will be bigger then you defined. « back

Many sellers have products with different versions. For example if you sell t-shirts, you have different sizes and colors of one t-shirt. You will be able to add attributes and your customer will have to choose defined sizes, colors etc. You will have possibility to change product price if someone will choose more expensive color, size etc. « back

Plugin will enable your customers to search the products. It will be a great solution, especially when you will have hundreds of products. As the admin, you will be able to add a list of manufacturers and assign them to products . Special field "search words" gives you a possibility to add more words describing your product. This field will be hidden to the customer, but if he will search by a word, plugin will search for it, in this special field too.
If option "Display producers in products name" will be set on then producers name will show with products name. « back

Client can at any time see what was added to basket. On every page below left menu (if basket isn't empty) are displayed items placed in basket. This option can be swich off on setting page. « back

Below the left menu, you will be able to promote some products, displaying the name and the photo.While editing a product, you will be able to select the products which you want to display as promoted. « back

This plugin will give you a possibility to copy all basic product's data with photos and files. This function is named product's clone. It helps if you have a similar products and differences are small. It save your time while adding new products. « back

Plugin gives possibility to import (products) and export (products and orders) data to calculation sheet like OpenOffice Calc etc. Exported data are saved to file with CSV extension.

Exported products data have fields: name, price, price discount 1, price discount 2, old price, position, status, weight, stock level, product's availability, keywords for searchbox, site title, meta description, meta keywords, short description, full description, pages connected with product, product ID.
Fields are separated by "$" character. Screenshots which You can see below showing in which way You can import data to OpenOffice Calc.

When You are importing data from CSV file to the shop the important is to not change columns order. Data like name should be in first column, price in second etc. Imported products will be compare with existing products in Your shop (by product ID). When You want to add new product You should just leave the ID field blank.

We've tested this plugin by importing 1000 products. Imported file shouldn't be bigger than 1 MB because on mosts servers there are size limits of uploaded files and allowing memory. If You have problems with importing too big file or server limits are too restricted You can divide Your CSV file to few smaller parts.

Exported orders data have fields: order ID, first and last name, company name, vat registration number, street, zip code, city, telephone, email, date, ip, delivery and payment. « back

Using this addon you can manage items on your stock. You can set stock level or unlimited stock level for every product. When you don't fill stock field it means unlimited stock for this product. You can also set on setting page unlimited stock level for all products irrespective of stock level defined for particular products.
When product is sold out, there is diaplayed special message.

Features:
- configure a stock level for each product,
- reduce stock level of ordered products,
- display message "Product not available" when product is sold out,
- showing stock level together with product's data,
- send notification to admin when product stock level is below minimum value (set in configuration).


This plugin doesn't work together with "Product's attributes" plugin. When product has added attributes, stock level can't be set. « back

This plugin make possible to create a pool of discount vouchers which can be used in different ways. For example customers can recieve them like a reward or customers can recieve them for register in system or in newsletter. You can also use them like a wholesale discount.
Vouchers have 3 important value which should be given:
- code: it is a true voucher (code) which customer write in right place in basket when he is making order. This value is required to identify the voucher. You shouldn't use a special characters because some of it can be wrong identified. You should use alphanumeric characters which can be separate by dash "-" or "_" sign,
- discount: percent value of discount for ordered products, - expire date: expire date of voucher tells for when discount is available. « back

Your customers will have a possibility to create an account in your shop (by clicking registration link or during ordering process). Thanks to this, they can log in and diplay history of their orders. You can also set special prices for some clients. Product has two extra fields - prices group and admin can assign client to particular price group. Client after log in, will see prices of group he belong to (you can set it in client editing page).

Users plugin should be used also when you want to require authorization for selected pages and only authorized users or groups of users can read them.
You can set or change authorization for pages in edition form of particular page, to do that change value of field "Page require authorization". Then You can relate this page with group of users or with single users.

Plugin will give you possibility to add or remove admins and their privileges for particular sections of administration, for example only for editing products data without deleting possibility. All added pages are signed with admin's signature.

Main admin uses login and password set on setting page and can fully manage the administration. « back
