perhaps you could include <?php exit; ?> as the first line to the templates? The template translating engine would ignore this 1st line.

Because this way it's quite 'hackable', check link in web browser:
http://opensolution.org/Quick.Cms/v2.4/templates/container.tpl

BTW, this works right away:
1. rename all templates from *.tpl to *.php
2. add following line to the beginning of each template:
<!-- BEGIN IGNORE_THIS_LINE --><?php exit; ?><!-- END IGNORE_THIS_LINE -->
3. search recursively throughout the whole QC for ".tpl" and replace with ".php"

thx for suggestion but before .htaccess in templates/ we don't have any problem or information that tpl files was hackable. we hidden templates from 2.1 because many peoples add php code to tpl files. now we give solution like this:
http://opensolution.org/Quick.Cms/docs/?id=tips#how_to_execute_php_code_in_templates
