Problem with phone numbers containing '-'...

Hello,

I found out that whenever someone inputs a phone nuber like:

0123-4567890

The order cannot be processed and gives an error like: "Pleasy fill in all required fields". If the number is entered as a string 01234567890 then the error doesn't occur.

My question: Is it possible to bypass the Phone number check?
