On the webpage I see:
"To see the chat widget on your site, simply copy and paste one line of script just before </body> on your website HTML. No further editing required to deploy our smart chat support software. "

Have you tried this as an iframe ?

thank you for the answer.
I have not tried it yet, the i-frame make me a little scared.
I'll try in "local mode."

apparently, just change "footer.php" and add the script before "</ body> tag"
do you know it's so simple ??

Finally,
I found the solution, you must copy this code :
<script src="http://cdn.zopim.com/? here your identification without space " charset="utf-8" type="text/javascript"></script>
<style type="text/css">@import "$config[dir_skin]$config[style]";</style>
under </script> at 25 line

After a few hours online, and I think Quick.Cart and Zopim (or other) are a good combination (Table statistics etc. in-line potential consumer etc)

Hi, you might wanna try Lime Talk. It works well for me. The free version has only few limitations, I'd say it's better than zopim. And even the paid version is quite cheap.
