Help in using the plugins supplied with QC2.0

Sorry for asking what may appear a stupid question, but I'm new to Quick Cart. There are several plugins supplied with version 2.0, but I'm unable to understand exactly how I get them to function. Can someone please type a clear, step by step method of installing these for me? It would be much appreciated!
