A mod or plug in for limited quantity

Just installed Quick.Cart v1.4
I am not a programer as of yet, the learning curve for me is very slow due to having to teach myself.
I would be interested in a mod or plug in that could limit the quantity of an item sold.
For instance I only have 5 of this item to sell. I need a way to limit the buyer or buyers from ordering more then I am able to sell them.

I did use the search ad did not find anything that did that.. and as Marik said.. it's not counting down? don't want to pay for something that's not going to do the job..

I have commissioned a commercial plugin that will do this.
It is being written now and I will let everyone know when its ready.

ok.. I figured out how to read about that plug-in re-aktor is talking about. Looks promising..
Just a couple of questions about it.

Does it come in an eglish version?
Will it work with QC v1.4?
How hard is it to install?

Ned, any idea of how soon the one you have commissioned will be done, aproximetly?
