Problem with inine statistic

If I enable online statistic I obtain error mesage like
Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in /DISK3/WWW/localhost/eshop/plugins/onlineStatistics/geoip.inc on line 403

Where can be mistake?

eee - try uploading again geoip.inc and GeoIP.dat using binary as file transfer mode.
