sendOrderToClient - how to disable plugin

When using htmlMailOrderDetails - I have selected for Email Order to Admin & Email Order to Client. I have also disabled "email order to admin" option in general.php configuration file. I had originally installed sendOrderToClient plugin which sent text only mail. I have disabled this plugin via plugin manager, but the email is still being sent. placing order results in 1 HTML email to administrator & 2 emails (1 text only & 1 HTML) emails to client. Is there a way to fix this or should be removing the "sendOrderToClient" plugin all together.

Please advise

ulysses - delete directory "sendOrderToClient" from plugins and edit plugins/plugins.php, plugins/actions_client.php and delete lines where is "sendOrderToClient"
