Allowed memory size!? what shall I do?

When I try the upload an image I get this massage:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3600 bytes) in /var/www/html/libraries/FotoJobs.php on line 292

What shall i do, so I can upload more images?

it is possible when You upload very big image ... i suggest resize image to smaller and upload again

I have tried that, 25KB should not be a problem?

maindal - there is no problem with size in bytes but in pixels. resize it to smaller pixels.

Okay... can it be changed? so that it is possible to lay bigger image in the cart.
