How to round summary prices with taxAndDiscount plugin?

Hello,
we can have prices there only as multiply of 0.5
I am thinking about code like this:

Anybody can help where should i edit code when i am using taxAndDicount?

I don't understand the question/problem.
I need a bit more explanation aout what it is you are trying to change or achieve.

..total price including VAT should be rounded up ...
i.e.
summary 11010.00
delivery 0.00
vat 2091.90
total summary 13101.90 --- should be 13102.00

or i.e. total summary 2101.30 --- 2101.50
