Responsive tempalte webstyle001 doesn´t work correctly

I want to say hallo all of You at first, and I have a question. I did use the theme webstyle 001, which shoud be responsive as written on Your download page, but it doesn´t work correctly. I did installation of the template, but, if I look at web on my mobile, the template isn´t responsive. Can You (somebody) help me to resolve it? The address of web is http://razitka-trodat.com/.

Webstyle-001 for FREE version is not responsive theme.
