how to insert image or log on head_1?

Hi , guys , good morning !
I was testing quick cms in a localhost and tryed to insert a logo on <header id = " head1 "> < ? Php // banner , logo and slogan starts here ? > But something went wrong.
Can someone help me?
If possible answer in Portuguese or English, thank you very much
