installation 0.3.1 cannot login admin section

Tried to install Quickcart 0.3.1 on the same server where i run a shop using 0.2.5

0.2.5 shop is running ok.

install 0.3.1 display's shop but i cannot loging to the admin section.
after logging in succesfully it returns me to the login page, is this a problem with cookies or?

Correction:

It does not return me tro the admin login but displays an empty page!
