Delivery and payment depending on customer country

Hi, anyone up to creating a payment and delivery method for different countries?

If the customer lives in eg Spain the delivery costs are higher as when the customer lives in Germany. So when the customer selects "Spain" as his country, QC has to add the higher delivery price to the basket. There are a few other things attached to this, we can discuss those by e-mail.
