spp - there is freeware addon simpleBackup but it backups "db/" directory only. If you want backup "files/" directory then you must log FTP and copy all files from this directory.

Of course simpleBackup is tested on Quick.Cart v4.x but should work correctly on v3.x too

basically i make a new site and i want to take file(books photo,prices etc) back up,which i will put the files in the new site.

I don't get your question: just copy db/ folder?

i create my new e-shop,with other applicattion.but i want to take a back up from all files (photo,details of the products etc),to put all in new application without one by one.all these can i copy them from db/folder only?or must to do something else?

at free version there is not a export file of data base,to inport at another application....

you can import files in db/ into Excel or Calc, you just need to import them as csv files, in a special way. So just rename their suffix to csv and go with it.
